A 48 hour mini adventure -London -Salisbury-Bath-Salisbury- Stonehenge, Amesbury-Salisbury -London fufilled a desire to take a trip to Stonehenge and catch-up with some old friends and attend an inspiring evening at the Black Women in Theatre event at the OvalHouse.

One theory regarding the stones is that they are a memorial ancestor, the area being the location for many historic Barrows made it seem like it was a place I was meant to visit having recently reached the 2nd year anniversary of my dad passing. I felt no speacial energy only peace as the weight of the last few months lifted.

The trip helped make up for when the weather later in month meant that a few walking trips were postponed.
